Daniel Smolen, Partner at Smolen Smolen & Roytman, was interviewed in the April issue of the Tulsa Voice for Beau Adams’ monthly edition of Day Drinking. Beau interviewed Dan the day after the Eric Harris shooting. In the interview the two discuss the Tulsa County Sheriff Department and their good ‘ol boy system, race discrimination involving African Americans in Tulsa County jail and the jails nationwide, and the negligence, torture and wrongdoing with all of it.
