Experience
David Bross is an attorney at Smolen & Roytman with a broad litigation practice that has an emphasis in the areas of civil rights, employment discrimination, personal injury, and criminal defense. David has also litigated medical and dental malpractice cases, insurance claims, contract disputes, and domestic matters. He has represented clients before the Oklahoma Multi-County Grand Jury, appeared in more than twenty different counties and numerous municipal courts in Oklahoma. He is licensed to practice in all state and municipal courts in Oklahoma, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma. David is a member of the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Oklahoma and American Associations for Justice, and the Tulsa County, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations.
Education
David grew up in the St. Louis, MO area, graduating from Kirkwood High School in 1993. He attended the University of Kansas where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Journalism, and he received his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. After an internship at the Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office and while still in law school, David began working for the firm as a Licensed Legal Intern, where he immediately began representing clients in civil, criminal and domestic matters.
Interests
David lives in Tulsa with his wife Elise and their twin sons James and Wyatt. He enjoys live music, traveling, and Kansas Basketball.
